How to claim?

1. Report the death

The first thing you need to do is to let us know that your loved one has passed away. This is the hardest step, but we will help you every step of the way

2. Collection of the deceased

Next, we need to come collect your loved one and safely transport them to the parlour to be prepared for the burial.

3. Consultation burial

You need to talk to your Matthysen FS about how your loved one's funeral and burial proceedings are going to work.

4. Documentation

Provide us with the following documentations Certified death certificate ID of the Deceased (must be stamped DECEASED) ID of the claimant Removal order for a disabled child, confirmation of the Disability Grant, and a copy of the medical application or medical.

5. Transpot of the deceased to home or church.

When they are ready and the goodbyes have been said, your loved one needs to be transported to thier funeral service - they are the guest of honour.

6. Transportation of final resting place.

Lastly, your loved one needs to be transported to their final resting place.
